we always have a choice in life.
When you keep rubbing your hand on sand paper at a point of time, it will feel painful and numb at the same time.
Here, you have choices:
1. you stop the rubbing and heal the wound
2. you continue saying it’s unbearable pain, yet you keep continuing to rub your hand and feel you need to feel the pain.
3. you keep rubbing because you are numb from the pain.
It’s similar when we experience stress, panic attack, anxiety and depression. You always have a choice, and it’s never too late to release them from your experience. be presence, tend to your breathing and let those feeling go.
